At Urban Turban, we pride ourselves on serving up the true essence ​of Indian cuisine, without any artificial additives. Our commitment to ​fresh, wholesome ingredients ensures that every meal is a celebration ​of taste and authenticity.

Frequently asked questions?

We accept orders a day in advance for your lunch/ dinner deliveries- reason being we ​don’t refrigerate anything. Food is freshly prepared based on your orders- we source ​fresh ingredients, so some dishes need marination and overnight soaking (e.g. beans)


FAQs:

  1. Do we do weekday deliveries? Yes, just be sure to place your order a day in ​advance.
  2. Is there a minimum order amount? No, we don’t have any minimums imposed on ​orders. You can order what you fancy an we will be delighted to serve
  3. What are the delivery charges? Depending on postal code, delivery charges vary ​between SGD 8 to SGD 15, Tuas & Woodlands may attract higher charges by our ​delivery partners
  4. Can we arrange our own pick-up? Yes, please contact us and we can assist
  5. Do we cater to special dietary requirements? Yes, we do and we always check ​while confirming your order if there are any allergies/ dietary needs/ restrictions etc
  6. What oil is used for cooking purposes? We use Olive oil for most of our dishes, some ​dishes require Desi Ghee, Mustard Oil, Groundnut oil or Butter
  7. Do you precook or refrigerate any dishes? No, our USP is fresh and authentic ​flavours, we don’t cater to the masses with a walk-in restaurant. Each dish is ​prepped fresh based on orders received
  8. How spicy is the food? We typically prepare dishes like they are supposed to be, but ​if you can’t handle spice/ are ordering for kids, do let us know and we will absolutely ​honour your requests to tailor the spice levels
